Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on, detailed erector with experience in installing pre-assembled components. The ideal candidate is a team player who is capable of reading technical drawings and safely handles lift equipment, hand and power tools and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install pre-assembled products (e.g., fabric buildings, insulated metal panels, pre-engineered steel buildings) according to specifications and drawings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and work orders.
- Operate lift equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors, and fellow team members to meet project timelines.
- Help maintain a clean and organized job site and assist in site set-up and teardown.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in erecting pre-assembled products.
- Successful experience with hand and power tools
- Comfort working at heights is essential. All safety measures, including training, fall protection, and use of enclosed equipment, are provided
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites are necessary.
- The ability to communicate, adjust easily to changes in the workday, problem solve, and work together with a team
- Physically fit, reliable, and punctual.
- Construction experience is an asset
- Metal siding installation, and framing will be preferred

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
