About the Role:
We are looking for a sharp, motivated, and highly organized Project Assistant / Administrator whom we can mentor and train from the ground up.
You will work directly under the Project Manager, learning exactly how our department operates. If you are a master of organization, possess an extreme eye for detail, and have a "no task is too small" attitude, we will give you the tools to build a great career.
What You Must Bring:
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You catch the typos and missing info that others miss.
- A Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You ask questions, speak up, and keep tasks moving.
- Grit & Confidence: You are professional but comfortable firmly following up with field staff or vendors to get what you need.
- Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills are essential; SharePoint experience is an asset.
- Project-Driven Commitment: You are motivated by finishing the task, not just hitting a specific time on the clock. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic who values accountability and flexibility. A valid driver's license is required.
