About the Role:
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll oversee all on-site activities for primarily renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You’ll serve as the primary on-site leader, managing subcontractors, materials, schedules, and your team while upholding our company values and exceeding client expectations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Supervise and guide carpenters and laborers, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors to deliver work to specifications and schedules.
- Monitor quality, inspect work, and uphold rigorous standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on-site.
- Act as the primary liaison between the office, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly while communicating with the Project Manager.
- Support and train team members on construction best practices.
What You’ll Bring:
- 8-10 years of residential construction experience in a supervisory role (Red Seal or equivalent preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local codes.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting floorplans and technical drawings.
- Effective communication and computer literacy skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
