Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Full -Time Cook/Chef to join our team at Teriyaki Town in Lindsay, Ontario.
The successful candidate will prepare and cook high-quality Japanese cuisine, including sushi, rolls, poke bowls, teriyaki, tempura and appetizers. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining quality and consistency, following food safety and sanitation standards, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, monitoring inventory, and working efficiently during busy service hours.
Japanese restaurant experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
