We are looking for a Account Manager Builder – BC Market to continue with the growth & success we shared with our dealer partners. You will work with our dealer network on a daily basis, conclude sales in a professional manner, communicate the benefits and advantages of Distinctive and its manufacturers to achieve objectives based on an annual sales budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Establish, enhance, and maintain relationships directly with our developer and builder partners to strengthen our market presence.
- Develop & maintain solid relationships with our dealer partners and their Builder Division
- Develop and enhance our presence in new real estate segments.
- Apply sales strategies based on customer needs and desired outcomes.
- Represent and promote Distinctive and our appliance brands.
- In collaboration with our service team, resolve customer issues and complaints by taking appropriate action.
- Demonstrate to customers and/or potential customers how the company's products and services can improve their business.
- Keep updated on product and service innovations related to our customers’ changing needs and market conditions.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and perform other administrative duties associated with the sales function.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in sales, management or marketing.
- Relevant experience in sales.
- Relevant experience in the appliance industry and/or with real estate developers, builders (asset).
- Good knowledge of the office suite, advanced Excel level.

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
