Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support brand growth, customer acquisition, and digital engagement. This role combines performance marketing, social media strategy, content design oversight, and influencer partnership management. The ideal candidate is analytical, trend-aware, and capable of managing multiple campaigns across different channels.
Shift Requirement
This position operates on a standard Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. However, flexibility is required, as occasional overtime or prompt replies outside of regular working hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines or address urgent business needs.
Duties
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms and content strategy.
- Drive audience growth and engagement.
Creative & Brand Design
- Create and design marketing materials and digital content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and campaigns.
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify, manage, and evaluate influencer collaborations and campaigns.
Website & Digital Growth
- Support website content updates and digital campaign execution.
- Assist with SEO initiatives and customer acquisition activities.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing, social media, performance marketing, or related fields.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional and vendor collaboration.
- Experience in social media management, campaign analytics, and performance reporting.
- Experience in SEO and CRM/email marketing.
- Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, or short-form content creation.
- Experience managing influencer or partnership campaigns.
- TICO certification required upon successful completion of the probationary period.
Compensation
- Salary range: CAD $42,000 – $50,000 per year
