Job Summary:
As a Sales Consultant at Straightline KIA, you'll play a key role in helping our clients find the perfect vehicle to match their needs. You will work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with access to a strong inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles, modern tools, and full training. Your focus will be to provide a seamless, professional, and personalized experience from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and represent the Straightline brand with professionalism
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate new or used KIA models
- Present vehicle features, warranties, and financing options clearly and confidently
- Facilitate test drives and explain key technologies such as Drive Wise and EV systems
- Utilize our CRM system to track customer interactions and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with our finance team to assist customers with lease and finance solutions
- Deliver vehicles with a full explanation of features and post-sale support
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while contributing to team success
- Attend product training and stay up to date on KIA model updates and incentives
- Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
What We're Looking For:
- Prior automotive sales experience is an asset but not required—we provide full training
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating schedule
