A busy and well-established family practice clinic in Springwater, Ontario is seeking a
compassionate, organized, and highly motivated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to
join our team for an 18-month maternity leave contract. This is an excellent opportunity

Position Summary
The Registered Practical Nurse will work alongside physicians and administrative staff
to provide clinical support, patient education, and coordinated care in a fast-paced
family practice environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient intake, including vital signs and health histories
Administer injections and immunizations
Assist physicians with procedures as required
Provide patient education and follow-up care instructions
Manage recalls, referrals, and lab results follow-up
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ensure exam rooms are stocked and prepared
Qualifications
Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and organizational skills
Proficiency with EMR systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
