Our ICI Construction Project Managers (PM) are assigned projects to manage and coordinate from startup to project closeout.
A PM attends all meetings to review projects, and discusses budget, manpower, closeouts, and scheduled work. A PM oversees the submittal process, invoicing, change directives and calculates change orders. A PM creates schedules and ensures all parties are adhering to the schedules.
The work is both in-office and at job sites. Construction sites include indoor and outdoor environments.
The minimum education, experience, and certifications required for this position are:
1. Certified Professional Engineer from a recognized educational institute.
2. At least 5 years of experience.
This position has supervisory responsibilities to an Administrative Assistant, a Project Coordinator, and a Site Superintendent.

7. Confident and able to make sound judgment and decisions without supervision
