Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and accurately identify required maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Collaborate with Service Advisors by providing clear and timely information regarding vehicle concerns, repair requirements, and job completion status.
- Accurately document all inspections, diagnoses, repairs, and services performed.
- Verify parts and materials prior to installation to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Participate in training programs and stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship that supports an exceptional customer experience.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid Automotive Service Technician License
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dealership or automotive repair environment.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Pay: $36.00-$39.00 per hour
