Front End Counter Staff
The Lab by Mill Town Roasters is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Front End Counter Staff to join our opening team.

What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other drinks
- Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house
- Operating the POS system and processing payments
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working closely with the kitchen and café team to ensure smooth service
What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Barista or café experience is considered a strong asset
- A positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable, dependable, and a team player
- A passion for coffee, food, and hospitality
Availability
Applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
