Duties
- Assess damaged vehicles and determine the necessary repairs needed for restoration.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform body repairs, including welding, painting, and refinishing.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold safety standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a solid understanding of automotive repair techniques.
- Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools relevant to auto body work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with vehicle repairs.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$55.00 per hour
