Duties

- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during busy hours
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying management of shortages
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
