Residential HVAC Installer
Direct Home Comfort is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Installers to join our growing team across the Hamilton, Niagara, Tri-City, GTA and surrounding regions.
We are looking for dependable, professional installers with experience installing:
- Furnaces
- Air conditioners
- Heat pumps
- Tankless water heaters
- Water heaters

Compensation:
$35–$50+ per hour depending on experience and licensing
Requirements:
- Residential HVAC installation experience
- G2 Gas License preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Experience:
- Heat pump installations
- Tankless installations
- Sheet metal experience
- HRSP rebate program familiarity
