YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a building maintenance worker for two apartment buildings (126 units) in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia. Responsibilities will include day to day maintenance, unit work orders, turnovers, grounds work, and after-hours emergency services.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minor plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting skills
- Use of computer is not required but would be helpful
- 2 years+ of experience
- Ability to work independently
- Must to able to lift up to 50lbs (23 kg)
- Must have own vehicle with a valid license
- Fall Protection and WHMIS certificates would be an asset
SALARY
