Deliverables

Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise Full-Stack .NET applications supporting the organization's document management platform, delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software aligned with business requirements.

Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and Agile team members to define technical specifications, implement solution increments, perform code reviews, pair programming, automated testing, technical documentation, and continuous integration/deployment activities.

Develop robust, maintainable, and testable software using modern software engineering practices, ensuring high reliability, performance, security, and adherence to development standards across new and existing applications.

Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern development frameworks, Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, cloud-native concepts, and engineering best practices while contributing to a collaborative, self-organizing development team.
Experience Required
-
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Full-Stack .NET Developer, with extensive expertise developing enterprise applications using .NET Framework, ASP.NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.

20% front-end with experience in Angular and Typescript

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience), with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and modern application development principles.

Proven experience with unit testing, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, branching strategies, release management, relational databases, security protocols (OAuth2/OIDC, TLS, encryption, hashing), networking fundamentals (TCP/HTTP), and container technologies.

Strong experience working within Agile software development environments using modern engineering practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), Pair Programming, code reviews, continuous integration, and collaborative software delivery.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to understand existing codebases, solve complex technical problems, quickly learn new business domains, and contribute to cloud-native development initiatives; SharePoint development/integration experience and cloud-native architecture experience are considered strong assets.
