Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for overall operation of the Fabrication Services Division of the business. This role will include personnel management, procurement management, facility management, and project management.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in the Steel Fabrication industry. Experience with ASME Pressure Vessels, CWB Structural Steel, and Misc Metals will be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication estimating and blueprint reading.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with employees, team members and customers.
