We are looking for a friendly, professional, and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This is a seasonal position, with potential for future opportunities within the organization based on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to basic client inquiries (booking, availability, general questions)
- Take and relay messages with accurate details
- Greet and assist clients in a warm and professional manner
- Support walk-in clients and direct them appropriately for pickups and returns
- Notify staff when appointments arrive
- Monitor and respond to LiveChat inquiries
- Assist with basic front desk transactions (payments, returns, cash-out)
- Keep the reception and showroom clean, organized, and presentable
- Open and close the showroom daily (lighting, music/TV, signage)
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A naturally friendly, welcoming, and positive personality is essential
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable in a client-facing role
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Prior customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
