Overview
We are seeking a dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and successful interpersonal skills . Prior custodial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, scrubbing, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and safely to meet quality standards
- Ensure all areas are cleaned according to client specifications and company protocols
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with clients and team members
- Adhere to scheduled appointments and complete tasks within designated timeframes
Experience and Requirements
- Must have strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required (although we encourage carpooling)
- Must be 18+ years old and able to pass a criminal record check
A Cleaning Technician can earn a rate of 19.15$ per hour. We are looking to hire one full time technician (5 days per week) and one part time technician (2-4 days per week). Business hours range from 9:00am start (but usually 10:00am) to 5:00pm (but usually no later than 3:30pm). We service Bowden, Innisfail, Penhold, Springbrook, Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and some rural areas.
