About the Role
Brackett Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Inventory Specialist to manage our digital vehicle inventory. This role plays a key part in driving online leads and maintaining a strong digital showroom presence.
Ideal for candidates with backgrounds in Automotive Business, Digital Marketing, or Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update vehicle listings on dealership website and third-party platforms (AutoTrader, OEM sites, etc.)
- Write compelling, SEO-friendly website content
- Upload and manage vehicle photos and videos
- Ensure pricing accuracy and vehicle data integrity
- Monitor inventory performance and optimize listings
- Support digital marketing initiatives (social media, promotions, email campaigns)
- Maintain brand consistency across online channels
- Work closely with sales and management teams
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Automotive Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with computers, websites, and digital platforms
- Excellent written communication skills
- Automotive knowledge is an asset
- Experience with social media or digital marketing is an asset
