- Translate client needs into tailored solutions leveraging our transport, rigging, and textile capabilities
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and production teams to deliver seamless execution
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive communication and value creation
- Represent Upright Services and Starline Group at industry events, agency meetings, and networking opportunities
- Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities within the creative and experiential space

- 3–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships
- Proven experience selling into creative agencies, brands, or experiential/event marketing environments
- Strong existing network within agencies, brand teams, or production partners is a major asset
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close new business
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach
- Ability to understand and sell operational/production-based services (logistics, equipment, execution)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
- Strategic thinker who can execute tactically and drive measurable results
Why Join Us
- Be part of Canada’s largest equipment rental group with a strong reputation and established infrastructure
- Help expand into new and exciting markets beyond film and television
- Work at the intersection of production, logistics, and live brand experiences
