Our Moncton location is seeking a warehouse worker who will be responsible for the daily receiving, recording and distribution of parts and materials for ongoing projects.
This is a full-time salary position which includes health and dental benefits.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive, store and organize all incoming material

Scheduling of materials to be moved to and from warehouse and coordination of inventory transfers to various construction sites

Packing and co-ordination of material for shipment

Advise Project Managers of deliveries

Assist in the removal of material from the warehouse

Maintains storage area and yard by organizing floor space, materials, and recommending improvements.

Assist in keeping warehouse equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; organizing preventive maintenance

Ensure warehouse and yard are kept clean and organized

Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to in the warehouse

Properly dispose of scrap materials

Minor building maintenance and upkeep

Grounds maintenance (mowing, fertilizing, etc.)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years' experience in the warehousing industry
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Forklift Operation

Dangerous Goods Training would be an asset

WHMIS training

Beginner Level User of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
