Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Rigger to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will have experience in building rigging systems, handling heavy equipment, and working on industrial and civil construction sites. You will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting lifting gear, as well participating in the installation of lifting gear.
Responsibilities
- .Fabricate wire rope slings, chain slings and other rigging assemblies
- Set up and operate proof testing equipment for lifting gear
- Assist in erection of suspension bridges and highway bridges.
- Perform precision rigging and relocation of industrial machinery and equipment
- Read and follow lift plans, rigging diagrams and blueprints
- Conduct Visual and functional inspections of rigging hardware
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in both shop and field environments
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Rigging Experience
- Knowledge of safe rigging practices and lifting regulations
- Ability to work at heights, outdoors, and in challenging environments
- Ability to lift 50 plus LBS and work in a physically demanding conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift and or Crane Certifications
- Experience with jacking, skating, and hoisting systems
- Rigging Certifications

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
