Front Desk & Visitor Experience
1. Greeting visitors and managing reception area
2. Issuing travel letters for visitors
3. Managing office notices and front-facing communication
Office Operations & Daily Readiness
1. Office supplies and grocery management
2. Mail pickup and distribution
3. Open and lock-up procedures (enabling team flexibility to come/go)
4. Five (5) days per week in-office presence
Facilities, Maintenance & Cleanliness
1. Office maintenance and cleaning
2. Coordinating office maintenance needs (repairs, issues)
3. Managing and liaising with cleaning services (schedule, quality, access)
4. Watering plants
5. General office upkeep and standards
6. Office decorating (seasonal)
Meeting & Workspace Coordination
1. Boardroom scheduling
2. Ensuring meeting rooms are clean, organized, and ready
Travel & Event Coordination
1. Organizing flights and hotel bookings for Leadership Team and visitor
2. Event planning (setup, teardown, cleanup)
Core Competencies
General Competencies and Qualifications
Successful candidates in the Receptionist seat must demonstrate and obtain:
· Graduate of secondary school (High School Diploma).
· Must have 3+ years experience in a Receptionist role.
· Excellent customer service skills with a sense of urgency.
· Ability to multi-task, handle competing priorities with a calm, controlled demeanor.
· Collaboration skills for establishing positive working relationships.
· Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
· French Language knowledge is an asset.
Technology Competencies
Successful candidates in the Receptionist seat must demonstrate and obtain:
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.).
· Adept at utilizing smart phone technologies; text, photo sharing, messenger groups etc.

· This position offers a competitive salary and compensation package as defined below.
· The compensation packages includes:

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
