Job Overview:
TRH Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This 12-month contract role is responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will become a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them solve problems, maximize value from our services, and build long-term partnerships. This position combines account management, customer service, and business development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts.
- Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Ensure customer needs are understood and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote all TRH services and identify opportunities to provide additional value to customers.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new customer accounts.
- Expand business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for the customer.
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience in service, construction, trades, mechanical contracting, or property management is considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
