About the Role
The Bottle Sorter job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service at the front stations while counting containers brought in by customers
- Clean station and front counting machines
- Remove garbage bags from front area when full
- Sort and count containers in the back of depot and mezzanine when customer area is not busy
- Tag and stack bags
- Remove and count glass from conveyor
- Drive forklift to stack mega bags
- General housekeeping/sweeping
- Drive 16ft cube van to pick up bottles from residential and commercial customers
Role Requirements
- Must be able to work on weekends
- Must have valid class 5 drivers license with at least 3 years experience (commercial driving experience preferred)
- Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of physical stamina and endurance for long hours of standing
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must speak English Fluently

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
