Location: Port Coquitlam, B.C.
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.50 depending on experience. Shift differential and Quarterly Bonus Program.

We are currently hiring Production Mixing Operators for our morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

What You'll Do
As a Production Mixing Operator, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and mixing equipment.
- Set up, change over, and reassemble production equipment.
- Monitor product quality and ensure specifications are met.
- Report equipment downtime, production issues, and material waste.
- Follow all production procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and food safety requirements.
- Perform sanitation and cleaning procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who:
- Have some mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands-on work.
- Are reliable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Possess basic computer and math skills (an asset).
- Have previous food manufacturing experience (preferred but not required).
Shift Schedule
We are currently hiring for all shifts:
- Morning: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Afternoon: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Night: 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Weekend overtime opportunities are available.
