Overview
We are seeking an experienced system administrator with specific experience managing Google Workspace for a small company and possessing the technical understanding to manage Keeper (password manager) users and records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining these systems, ensuring detailed and logical user deployment, security, and optimal performance. This role is largely on demand and is expected to need 1-4 hours in a week when support is requested. Candidates should possess a strong background in cloud platforms and SaaS to support the organization. The role will need to follow existing operational guidelines for data management, security and privacy.
Duties
- Manage and maintain Google Workspace for a small company in British Columbia with all users on Macbooks (not networked).
- Manage and maintain Keeper, helping employees and approved contractors with accounts (adding, removing, regaining access to password vault, etc.).
- Provide support to team members encountering issues with access to accounts or data.
- Ensure security protocols and business rules are followed for these systems.
Profile
- Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance standards
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple platforms
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Preferred : certification for Google Workspace administration
Pay: $50.00 per hour
