We are a growing custom sign company looking for an experienced Sign Fabricator / Welder to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys custom one-off fabrication work, takes pride in clean craftsmanship, and can work independently in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fabricating custom signage and architectural elements
- MIG/TIG welding aluminum and steel
- Reading and interpreting shop drawings
- Assembly of illuminated and non-illuminated signs
- Operating fabrication equipment (brake, shear, saws, etc.)
- Working with aluminum, ACM, steel, plastics, and other sign materials
- Preparing projects for installation crews
- Maintaining quality control and shop organization
- Assisting with process improvements and fabrication efficiencies
Ideal Qualifications
- 3+ years fabrication experience (sign industry preferred)
- Strong MIG & TIG welding skills required
- Ability to read and work from production drawings
- Experience with custom fabrication and problem solving
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s licence
- Forklift, boom lift, or fall protection tickets are assets

Compensation
- $36–$40/hour depending on experience
