Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Residential House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is a must. Fluency in English is required. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop strong organizational and time management skills.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning using appropriate supplies and equipment
- Organize clutter and maintain neatness throughout the home
- Prepare homes for special occasions or regular maintenance visits
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled tasks within allotted timeframes
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards of quality and professionalism
- Maintain a respectful and courteous attitude while providing exceptional customer service
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills in English is required
- Ability to demonstrate good time management and attention to details
- Customer service experience is beneficial for understanding client expectations and ensuring satisfaction
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
