We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Full-Time Facilities Technician to join our growing team.
Position Overview
The Facilities Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of interior and exterior maintenance, repair, and replacement tasks across residential properties including high-rise and low-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, duplexes, and single-family homes. Some work may also include vacant lots and light commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance, repair, and renovation work orders at residential and commercial properties.
- Travel directly between assigned job sites using a company vehicle.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete work within established service timelines.
- Perform on-call maintenance as required.
- Conduct vacant suite repairs, touch-ups, and turnover maintenance.
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections and report deficiencies.
- Coordinate turnover inspections with the Customer Care Team.
- Monitor and verify contractor work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and inspection findings.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily work orders with minimal supervision.
- Experience in general building maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
- Comfortable traveling between multiple job sites throughout the workday.
