Location: Hearst, Ontario. On-site (Shop-based with field deployment)
Wage: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience + overtime
Schedule: 44 hours per week with regular overtime (average 50 hours/week)
In this role, you’ll:
· Work under the supervision of the licensed Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic in a modern, safety-focused garage
· Maintain and repair trucks and heavy equipment
· Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
· Keep detailed service records
What you need to bring:
· Solic troubleshooting and repair skills
· Familiar with Heavy Equipment Safety Standards
Bonus points if you have:
- Technical courses in mechanics or related field are an asset
· 310T Truck & Coach license
· Welding experience
· Bilingual (English & French)

The successful candidate may have the opportunity to be registered as an Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice (421A) through Skilled Trades Ontario, gaining hands-on experience while working toward their trade certification.
