We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Quotation & Spreadsheet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work with spreadsheets to compile, organize, and manage customer quotations while also providing light customer service support via email and phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and enter Group Benefit quotations into Excel with high accuracy
- Maintain, update, and organize pricing spreadsheets, quote databases, and tracking sheets
- Review quotes for completeness and ensure all details are correctly entered
- Create new spreadsheets and templates as needed for tracking and reporting
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone regarding quotations, pricing, and order status
- Follow up on outstanding quotations and update records accordingly
- Perform data entry, formatting, and basic analysis within spreadsheets
- Support the sales/admin team with other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, PivotTables, filters, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Previous experience with quotations, pricing, or administrative support is an asset
- Good written and verbal communication skills for customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude

We are a Group Insurance brokerage so having a Life/A&S LLQP license in the Life insurance / Group Insurance Industry would be a major asset.
