Main Responsibilities
The Warehouse Floor Coordinator is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound warehouse orders and coordinating a team of 4–5 forklift drivers. This position reports to a Senior Team Lead.
- Work with the Warehouse Supervisor and Logistics Coordinator to manage order flow and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Assign and prioritize orders to the team
- Receive shipments, verify seals, and greet drivers
- Coordinate with colleagues to complete orders within designated timelines
- Manage order-related documentation with the Logistics Coordinator
- Perform any other duties as required by management
Qualifications
- Must be perfectly bilingual (English/French)
- Secondary education completed
- Experience supervising a small team of 4–5 forklift drivers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift operation experience required/considered an asset
