Job Responsibilities
- Assist roofers with roofing installations, repairs, and replacements
- Load and unload roofing materials and equipment
- Set up ladders, scaffolding, and job site safety equipment
- Remove old roofing materials and clean work areas
- Support crews with waterproofing, flashing, and general labor tasks
- Follow workplace safety procedures at all times
- Help maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles
Requirements
- Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset, but not required
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license is an asset
