ADDICTION CASE MANAGER
FOR PREGANCY/PARENTING OUTREACH PROGRAM
Full Time – 40 hours/week)
Monarch is seeking one Full Time worker (40 hrs./week) to act as an outreach worker, providing services to pregnant women and or parenting women with young children. Included in the responsibilities will be maintenance of linkages with existing agencies serving this population, assessment and case management, education, counseling, etc. Much of the client work is in home visits. Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 40 hours.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree/recognized equivalency in human services from an accredited university in human services, with appropriate experience in counselling
- Experience and knowledge of addictions, trauma-informed
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have own vehicle, valid G level driver’s license
- Proficiency in computer M365 program
- Ability to speak in both official languages an asset

Pay: $28.41-$29.74 per hour
