As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee projects in the Timmins area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing project activities, ensuring compliance with schedules and budgets, and maintaining effective communication with both clients and team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage project tracking tools, monitor design and construction schedules, and estimates, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of progress, costs, and milestones.
· Lead client update meetings and provide comprehensive project management oversight, addressing issues related to reporting and execution.
· Coordinate the preparation, submission, and accuracy of as-built and design drawings while ensuring timely delivery.
· Provide insights for month-end reconciliation, complete weekly/monthly reports, and maintain organized files for active and completed projects.
· Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines and budget goals.
· Oversee project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking systems, and ensure compliance with internal reporting standards.
· Supervise team performance, provide leadership, review timesheets, and track shift costs and equipment hours.
· Ensure adherence to safety protocols across all project activities, conduct site audits, toolbox meetings, and support incident investigations.
· Facilitate communication among workers, management, and clients, and coordinate with HR for team management.
· Plan and supervise day-to-day site operations, identify and resolve issues, implement improvements, and promote efficient work practices.
· Provide technical support, review RFIs, and resolve project challenges while maintaining strong organizational skills and focus on achieving production targets.
REQUIREMENTS
· Certified Civil Engineering Technologist.
· 2-5 years of experience in project management within the construction and mining industries.
· Proven experience in project management, ideally within the construction industry, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, and expertise in project management tools and software.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and time management abilities.
· Self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of learning new skills quickly while managing priorities in fast-paced environments and making decisions with minimal supervision.
· Excellent safety awareness, a solid attendance record, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
