Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Follow food safety protocols at all times to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimize waste during meal preparation
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
- Pizza experience an asset
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality presentation
- Excellent teamwork skills and positive attitude toward customer service
