We are currently looking for an experienced Body Man (Auto Body Technician) and a skilled Prepper to join our team. If you're passionate about your craft and take pride in delivering top-notch work, we want to hear from you.
Positions Available:Auto Body Technician (Body Man)
Responsibilities:
- Perform all aspects of body repair including panel replacement, dent repair, frame straightening, and welding
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and OEM specifications
- Work collaboratively with estimators and painters to ensure timely job completion
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in auto body repair
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Certification is an asset but not required
Prepper
Responsibilities:
- Sanding, masking, and prepping vehicles for paint
- Ensure proper surface preparation to achieve high-quality finishes
- Assist painters as needed
- Keep prep area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive prepping or detailing
- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
