Geosource Energy Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our growing operations across the United States. This position plays a key role in supporting project management, field operations, and construction activities from project initiation through completion. The successful candidate will assist with project planning, documentation, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and communication between field and office teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
· Assist and support the Project Manager throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and project cost estimates.
· Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
· Prepare and submit project documentation including shop drawings, safety documentation, quality records, training records, and close-out packages.
· Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
· Perform quantity take-offs and material take-offs.
· Coordinate communication between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and office staff.
· Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
· Prepare, track, and administer change orders.
· Assist with procurement activities including obtaining quotations, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating material deliveries.
· Prepare and administer subcontract agreements.
· Maintain project records, logs, and documentation.
· Ensure project procedures, safety documentation, and quality processes remain current and compliant.
· Support project reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
· Utilize Bluebeam and Microsoft Office applications to support project execution.
· Travel to U.S. job sites as required.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent diploma and experience may be considered.
· Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or project administration.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
· Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· Basic understanding of Bluebeam.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Valid passport and ability to travel to the United States.
· Ability to travel occasionally to U.S. project locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in utility construction, energy, geotechnical, drilling, or infrastructure projects.
· Knowledge of project management software and cost tracking systems.
· Understanding of U.S. construction documentation and subcontract administration.
Work Location
Ancaster, ON, with occasional travel to U.S. project sites.
Additional Requirements
The successful candidate must be eligible to travel to and work in the United States. This position is based in Ancaster, Ontario, with occasional travel to U.S. project locations as required to support project and operational needs. Some projects may require extended stays in the United States. The individual must also be open to potential future relocation to the United States as the company continues to expand its U.S. operations.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
