Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Provide travel quotes and recommendations
- Book flights, hotels, and vacation packages
- Assist with itinerary planning and modifications
- Maintain excellent customer service and follow up with clients
- Keep knowledge of travel booking systems to provide efficient service
- Perform other sales-related tasks in a small office setting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in travel sales or customer service is an asset
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for travel and helping clients plan their trips
- Knowledge of travel booking systems is required
- Proficiency in English, Punjabi, and/or Hindi is a plus
Schedule:
- Part-time, 3 PM – 8 PM
- Monday to Friday & Saturdays per manager’s discretion
