Role Summary
The Food Truck Window Service Member is the face of Pink Door — responsible for delivering high-energy, memorable guest experiences while keeping service smooth, efficient, and organized.
This role is all about connection, pace, and precision. You’ll work the service window, interact with guests, manage orders, and support the team inside the truck to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
In a tight, fast-paced food truck environment, every role matters — and this one sets the tone for the entire guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service
- Welcome and engage guests with energy and personality
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Create a fun, approachable, and memorable experience at the window
- Handle guest questions, feedback, and problem-solving in real time
POS & Order Management
- Operate POS system for order entry and payment processing
- Maintain accuracy during high-volume service
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen to ensure smooth order flow
Event Setup & Support
- Assist with front-of-house setup and teardown at events
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked service area
- Support overall event flow and team coordination
Team Support
- Work closely with the chef/manager to support service execution
- Jump in where needed — food running, prep support, organization
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment
Brand & Customer Experience
- Represent Pink Door with energy, personality, and professionalism
- Help create engaging, community-driven experiences

Requirements
- Strong customer service experience
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, events)
- Physically able to work in a small, mobile environment
Preferred Experience
- Food service or hospitality experience
- Experience using POS systems
- Event or festival experience is a bonus

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
