Hours
- Main shifts: 5 pm – 3 am (late-night)
- Occasional shifts: 10 am – 5 pm
- Total: 30–40 hrs/week
Position Summary
As an all-rounder team member, you’ll support daily operations by delivering great customer service, taking orders, processing payments, cooking hot dogs efficiently and consistently, prepping between rushes, and keeping the store clean and organized.
Key Duties
- Greet customers and provide menu information.
- Take orders accurately using the POS system.
- Handle payments (cash/card/mobile) and provide receipts/change.
- Cook efficiently and maintain consistent quality; coordinate with teammates during busy periods.
- Use downtime to prep ingredients and restock supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness (counter, guest area, kitchen, floors).
- Upsell add-ons/combos and promote specials.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Handle questions/complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Smart Serve (required).
- Food Handler Certificate (required).
- Able to work independently when scheduled alone.
- Flexible with the store’s scheduling needs.
- Reliable transportation/commute.
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Works well under pressure; positive team attitude.
- Cook/cashier/customer service experience is an asset.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
