Job Overview
We are seeking reliable individuals to join our Interlock Restoration division. This position involves the repair and restoration of interlock driveways, walkways, patios, and other hardscape surfaces for residential and commercial clients throughout the Ottawa region.
As part of our field operations team, you will be responsible for completing projects safely, efficiently, and according to company standards. Previous experience is considered an asset; however, training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Remove deteriorated joint material from interlock surfaces using specialized equipment.
- Install, compact, and finish polymeric sand in accordance with company procedures.
- Operate pressure washers, blowers, compactors, and other restoration equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform job site preparation, material handling, and project cleanup.
- Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout each project.
- Communicate professionally with clients, supervisors, and team members.
- Travel to residential and commercial project sites within the service area.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work on a daily basis.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment safely.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, pressure washing, or related fields is considered an asset.
Compensation
- Starting wage: $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work as required.
- Typical shifts range from 6–10 hours depending on project requirements and weather conditions.

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
