Oakville Wellness is a new and growing psychotherapy clinic in Oakville, Ontario, offering in-person and online mental health care in a warm and welcoming environment.
We are currently seeking experienced registered counselling professionals to join our in-person clinical team as Independent Contractors.
This role is ideal for mature clinicians who value autonomy, professionalism, thoughtful clinical work, and sustainable private practice growth within a well-organized and supportive setting.

Position Details
- Independent Contractor role
- In-person role based in Oakville, Ontario
- Minimum commitment of 15 in-person clinical hours per week
- Evening and/or weekend availability preferred

Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold a Master’s degree or equivalent clinical training
- Be registered and in good standing with their Ontario regulatory college
- Hold Independent Practice status where applicable
- Carry professional liability insurance
- Maintain strong documentation and professional standards

At this time, we are primarily hiring fully registered clinicians rather than qualifying registrants (RPQ). However, we welcome interest from RPQs who anticipate full registration in the near future.
