Phoenix Rehab is looking for Registered Massage Therapists who want a well-supported place to build or expand their practice in Burnaby.
You will have an equipped treatment room, reception support, online booking and charting, direct billing support, and connections with practitioners across our rehabilitation team.
Your practice at Phoenix Rehab
- Provide registered massage therapy care within your professional scope and CCHPBC standards
- Assess each patient's needs and develop appropriate care plans
- Support patients managing injuries, discomfort, mobility limitations, stress, and general wellness goals
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical records in JaneApp
- Communicate clearly with patients about consent, care plans, and home-care guidance
- Collaborate with physiotherapy, chiropractic, kinesiology, acupuncture, and counselling colleagues when appropriate
What you bring
- Active CCHPBC licence as a massage therapist, or confirmed eligibility to become licensed before beginning practice
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong spoken and written English for patient communication and clinical charting
- Professional, dependable, and patient-centred communication
- Comfort working independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary clinic
New graduates who meet the licensing requirement are welcome to apply.
Experience with ICBC care, sports massage, deep tissue techniques, or multidisciplinary rehabilitation is an asset.
Clinic support
- Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling
- Front-desk support for bookings, reminders, billing, and patient questions
- ICBC coordination and direct billing support

Pay is CA$90-CA$105 per booked treatment hour.
The final rate depends on experience, availability, and the agreed practice arrangement.
Patient volume is not guaranteed.
