Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software. This role is vital in maintaining smooth daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient administrative workflows.
Duties
- Manage admin responsibilities, including answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette and handlind electronic mail.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and our company dispatch softwares
- Maintain organized filing systems electronically
- Assist with bookkeeping
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing support
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and computer skills
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Attention to detail for proofreading and data entry accuracy
- Ability to handle filing systems and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently
Pay: $18.00 per hour
