A1 Windows has been servicing the lower mainland since 1992.
In 2005 we moved to our current factory location on a 3- acre site strategically located in central Burnaby.
Since that time A1 Windows has continued its growth to become a full-service, independent window manufacturer and installer specializing in residential, commercial and multi-family window replacement. Today A1 Windows is one of the few local manufacturers providing turnkey window replacement solutions in both vinyl and aluminum.

We have a full time Technical representative position who's primary role will be as a site coordinator and assist our sales and marketing department .
Required Experience and qualification
A through understanding of window and door industry.
A minimum of 5 years experience in building industry.
Post-secondary education, preferably in architecture or building sciences
Fully understand technical specifications & building codes, properly interpret, and understand blueprints and CAD-drawings
Ability to communicate effectively with architects, developers, and builders
Ability to organize and plan time efficiently
Analytical skills: ability to use common sense and reasoning.
Detail oriented.
Reliable vehicle and an excellent driving record
A strong drive to succeed, results oriented, team player with a positive attitude
Partial list of responsibilities
* Reading blue prints / shop drawings,
* managing technical / Engineering issues
* Coordination between on site installers and production
* Assist sales and marketing department, including inside sales.
* Communicate with clients to discuss any technical / engineering issues and provide recommendations as needed.
* Assist in and coordinate on site testing.
* Various other office related duties .

Remuneration
Base salary . Salary will depend on experience and education. The details will be discussed during personal interviews.
In addition to base salary, other benefits include a monthly car allowance, cellular phone with adequate airtime, computer for business use and
an option to participate in our extended health benefits program.
