Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
- Uphold professional phone etiquette when communicating with clients or prospects
- Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions efficiently during shifts
Qualifications
- Multilingual or bilingual skills (English required) are preferred to serve diverse customer bases
- Previous experience in Car sales
- Must have OMVIC license
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of product benefits
- Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for transaction processing and inventory counts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience with phone etiquette and remote communication tools is a plus
Pay: $34,400.00-$90,000.00 per year
