Take the Opportunity
360 Engineering & Environmental Consulting is seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to join our team in a temporary position as a Quality Controller, supporting critical infrastructure projects at remote construction sites across Northern Canada. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in dynamic field environments and takes pride in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
In this position, you will play a key role in delivering reliable, high-quality testing and inspection services. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to uphold rigorous quality control standards and help drive successful project outcomes in some of Canada’s most unique and rewarding locations.
Make a Difference
- Conducting soil testing for grain size, standard proctor tests, compaction testing, and concrete testing, and carrying out quality assurance reviews of test results for reporting
- Troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring non-compliance protocols and liaising with client and contractor representatives and staff to ensure that all quality issues are documented and resolved
- Managing the on-site testing laboratories at remote construction sites
- Carry out site-wide inspection and testing operations
- Review and implement project Inspection & Testing Plans (ITP) and other plans and specifications to cover quality control requirements for various scope elements and all project phases
- Lead and champion a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality across all areas of operation
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, while fostering continuous improvement and compliance with regulatory and external client requirements
Showcase your Education & Expertise
- A technical diploma from an accredited post-secondary school in Canada
- A Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) designation (preferred)
- Detailed oriented
- A valid Class 5 Drivers License and a clean driving record
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating across disciplines and sharing knowledge
- Having a good sense of humour and strong admiration of our Mullet Culture is always an asset
